5.1. Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition. 

5.2. Return Process: To initiate a return, contact our customer service team at themomentkch@gmail.com/+6014-6689634 with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to send the items back. 

5.3. Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 14 business days of receiving the returned items. The refund will be issued to the original payment method. 

5.4.1 Non-Returnable Items: Personalized or custom-made products are non-returnable unless they are defective or damaged.

5.4.2 Non-Returnable Non Refunable Helium Balloons: 

Helium balloons purchased from our store are strictly non-refundable.

Responsibility Disclaimer:

Our responsibility for the helium balloons ends once they depart from our premises. We ensure that all helium balloons are in perfect condition before they leave our premises. However, once the balloons have exited our premises, we are not liable for any damages, including but not limited to:

Explosions caused by customer negligence.

Exposure to extreme temperatures.

Contact with sharp objects or any improper handling by the customer.

In Summary:

We guarantee that the helium balloons are in excellent condition while on our premises. However, we do not accept responsibility for any issues that arise after the balloons leave our store.
